A Hundred + emails, holy ____!!!!

I am very sorry to report that we had a large batch of packages, bulk shipped, that never made it past drop off. So with that, the normal USPS issues and some BackerKit glitches we were totally caught by surprise when we didn't stop getting emails for two days, non-stop, holy crap man I honestly thought I was done. The emails are still coming, right now.
Just so you know every email is like a little homicide investigation, we have to track the package, the date shipped and all the backer info down (that would represent an easy one) and then make a call on how to move forward. In some situations I have had to place orders to have more of the CORE Nano's made to cover the losses. So please be patient you will get a response once we discover which category of screw-up your order falls into.
With that all being said, I know this is BS and I should have been keeping better tabs on the tracking numbers on my side. I should have seen this coming and I didn't, I screwed-up and I am sorry guys. I just figured since it has been two weeks of non-stop work and I still have not gotten to all the emails it would be better to just broadcast the situation for all to read.
Everyone will get their gear, bottom line.

Alright guys we have everything out the door finally. So this is an open invitation to email us if you have not received your gear. The USPS is about 90% effective so we expect several emails and have set-up an address specifically for order issues. So click below to send us your beef and we will do our best to respond quickly and get you squared away.

Just a few more orders to get out the door this weekend and we are DONE, finito, complete, finished!! Once I am clear of the stack of labels left in the shipping bay I will read through every message, comment, email, text and DM and start the mop-up operation to make sure every single one of you got your gear!

Made the drive down to San Diego to review the progress of the last few custom wallets and other misc projects. I am happy to announce I received a commitment from the manufacturer to be completely done by the 26th of February. We will be able to pick-up all of the remaining product at that time and start shipping the last weekend of the month.
I would like to again thank everyone for their patience over the last 6 months and for all the support we have received in social media and in the comments.
Sooooo, now that we see the light at the end of the tunnel and have identified it is not an oncoming train, we will start releasing new products again. I don't mean new colorways, I am talking about prototypes that have been in the works for several months or more. Gear we have been withholding so as to not disrespect our loyal Kickstarter following. Starting in March we will be introducing the CORE Nano "Fiat" wallet, a front pack that has yet to be named and in April the next Kickstarter campaign launches, one color, no options, completely streamlined.
So just hold on a bit longer, trust me it's worth the wait.

Alright eager beavers we are almost there, the last few weeks have been very trying, issue after issue with my manufacturer. First he ran out of material, then logo tags and then closed down for a week so he could go to SHOT show. Yep I know this is BS as one backer so kindly posted in the comments. At any rate we are almost done just a few orders left to fulfill, 67 I believe unless backerkit has any more surprises in store for me. Yep somehow they produced an additional 60+ orders that were not previously generated which I just got done shipping out. The following are not complete at this point - grey/ grey family pack, some RFID customs and a few non-rfid customs. The majority of my guys have received their gear and if you are on the short list, you have my apologies for missing the target date.
So yeah I know, it's not much info but it is all I have for now. Once I get all of the remaining orders shipped I will post and update and start the lost in the mail mop-up.
Thank you again for the support, patience and kind words. I am lucky to have you guys and I appreciate every single one of you.
To those of you who are less than happy with how things are going, all I can say is, please hang in there. I'm sure there are several people on here who can testify that I have a reputation for always making things right. So bear with me for a little while longer while all these back-end kinks get ironed out.
